The song is a "fade in" so after thirty-seconds of what sounds like pouring rain, the main riffs come in.
There are two guitar parts during this first section.
Riff 1
Guitar 1: (0:30-1:46)
Remember it fades in mid-riff so here's the full progression of guitar 1 and 2.
If you want to know where the beginning of the riff is go to :50 seconds into the song.
These notes are fast tremolo picked.

To me it sounds like the other guitar is just playing the chords,
but if you think that's wrong then by all means I encourage correction.
