Here are the number of counts/beats for every chord to make it easier for you.
This will help you a lot if you want to play this song on piano.
When it says (Em-2) it means the Em is played for 2 counts/beats.
I've tried this way of writing chords for instrumental music before and it seems to work out well.

02. One World 3:55
Tabbed by: NBA96

       C G
I can feel it in my blood, I can hear it in my footsteps,
       Am F
I can see it all around, that everywhere connections are breaking away,
                                      G
And people know that something must change, must change,

           C G
There are better men than I, who with courage and conviction
        Am F
Are patrolling the lines, waking up the sleepers who will not decide,
                                    G
And do not think there's anything wrong

           Am F
But we are all living here in this beautiful world,
         E Am
Sharing sunrises every day,
             F G
We may have different lives, but for all of us here we will stay,

                C F
We're living in one world, sleeping in one world,
            C G
Dreaming in one world, and no-one's going anywhere,
                C F
We're living in one world, working in one world,
             C G F G Am
Breathing in one world, we're just the same as anyone, whooooo,

     C G Am
I believe there is a God, but it doesn't mean that my God is greater than yours,
                               F
It only means we all have the right to believe,
                            G
'Cause nobody knows it for sure, for sure,

              Am F
If there's a Heaven or Hell, or a sweet Paradise,
       E Am
Or a place where we all meet again,
             F G
'Cause with minimal change, everyone here is the same,

                C F
We're living in one world, sleeping in one world,
            C G
Dreaming in one world, and no-one's going anywhere,
                C F
We're living in one world, working in one world,
             C G F G A
Breathing in one world, we're just the same as anyone, whooooo,

                D G
We're living in one world, sleeping in one world,
            D A
Dreaming in one world, and no-one's going anywhere,
                D G
We're living in one world, working in one world,
             D A
Breathing in one world, we're just the same as anyone,

 D G D A
Listen to the voice of millions calling me and you,
 D G D A
Take good care of everywhere 'cause this is my home too,
            D G D A
Laughing in one world, crying in one world, hoping in one world, ooooh,
           D G D A
Praying in one world, trying in one world, this is my home too,
D G D A
One world, one world, one world, ooooh,
D G D A D
One world, one world, one world, ooooh, one world

There she stood in an empty room, heard a voice from another time,
         Am Em Bm Em Am
And the memories came rolling back of Leningrad in the war,

         Em
For the girl in the photograph, much had changed in the years that passed,
         Am Em Bm Em

Many more would survive, for he stayed behind to help them live again,

When they met at the garden gate, tears would fall from a deep embrace,
         Am Em Bm Em
For she never knew what happened to the boy she loved in the war,

Back in those happy days, before the soldiers came, to break down the ones who remained,

And they only survived, who could learn to die, and live to fight again,

Oh Leningrad...

Oh Leningrad...

I have seen it, I have seen it in my father's eyes,

I have heard it, I have heard it in my father's voice,
             Dm
It's been a hard life, a hard fight,
    Dm Am

  Am F G C
She had the grace of a dancer, pretty as the morning sun,
      Am F G
Her days were filled with laughter, and when sixteen years had come,
         Am F E7 Am
She went to work in the old house, and there she met her love,
    F C F G
But he, the son, was high-born, and she, a village girl;

      Am F G C
They met at night by the river, and there he pledged his love,
      Am F G
And so it was for the summer, but by winter, all was done,
          Am F E7 Am
For the word was out in the village that she would have his child,
          F C F G
And the night before she left him, these words were in his heart,
                 C F G
When she said, "Love is all that we have, it is forever,
  C F G
Love is all that we need, to be together,
  C Am F G F C
Love is all that this world has to share, only love
  C G
Can take us there;"

      Am F G C
They found her clothes by the river, of her there was no trace,
      Am F G
And for many years he mourned her, haunted by her face,
       Am F E7 Am
So he set off over the ocean, these memories to escape,
          F C
But the ship he sailed was ill-starred,
      F G
and soon would meet its fate;

      Am F G C
They struck the rocks at midnight, in the grip of a roaring storm,
      Am F G
And he found himself in the water with a woman and a boy,
        Am F E7 Am
With a power that was more than human, he brought them to the shore,
           F C F G

Intro:
Am Em B Em

                                               Em
Last night I dreamed again that I was by your side,
                                                Am
I felt your tender kiss, and with your lips on mine,
            Am Em
My world became, complete again,
              B
Beneath the shadow of the mountain,
                                         Em
We were lovers till the dawn was on the sea,

                                             Em
But with the morning sun the dream had disappeared,
                                              Am
And I awoke and still believed that you were here,
              Am Em
But soon the day will come again,
              B
Beneath the shadow of the mountain,
                                            Em
I'll be with you when my soldier's work is done,

                 C G
When the summer winds begin to blow,
          D Em
That is when I will be sailing to my home,
               C G
To the olive trees and the golden corn,
       Am B
That whispers in the fields up in the hills,
                              Em
Beyond the place where I was born,

                                            Em
And here in Rome the talk is all about the war,
                                              Am
As men of Caesar we have heard those words before,
                  Am Em
And though I'm strong, my heart belongs,
              B
Beneath the shadow of the mountain,
                                       Em
And my lover who is waiting there for me,

                 C G
When the summer winds begin to blow,
          D Em
That is when you'll see the sails that bring me home,
               C G
To the olive trees and the golden corn
       Am B
That whispers in the fields up in the hills,
                           Em
Above Pompeii where I was born,

Em Am
     I will return
Em B
  Beneath the shadow of Vesuvius,
                                   Em Am B Em
We'll be together till the day we die.....
                                               Em
Last night I dreamed again that I was by your side.......

  Bm F#m Bm
Brother, there's a man at the gate, he has something in his hand,

He says it fell down from the sky, should I let him in?
                                                 Bm
Maybe it's an omen, maybe it will take away our sin, our sin.....

  Bm F#m Bm

                Bm D A G
That's how it started, that whole new religion, and people everywhere,
        G D Em F#
Had to give up all their possessions at the Abb St. Pierre,

But with their gold they could buy a redemption, and the promise of eternal life,
         G D A
And the centre of it all was a diamond divine,

       D Bm G A D Bm G A
It was up there on the altar high but for the monks it would not shine,
 Em D A G A Bm
So with subterfuge they used the light of the sun, fooling everyone,

        Bm D A G
It was late at night when a young boy was in there with his friends,

And when he did, the whole place exploded with a great and wonderful light,

         D G A D G A
When he took it from the altar high, everyone could make it shine,

              C Bb A Dm
What has begun, and do not see that love should be for everyone,
        Bb Ab
But to marry a man from a far-away land is not right,
                          Bb Eb
So she will be with me tonight, and for all this we will fight,

            F Bb Cm
No one can come between our love and destiny,
F Bb Eb F Bb Cm
With freedom there will be the sweetest kiss of all,
               F Bb Eb B Eb
With freedom there will be the sweetest kiss of all.

11. The Storyman 4:37
Tabbed by: NBA96

   Em C D Em
I lived my life in the words of a Storyman,
 Em C D Em
Watched my dreams from the years gone by,
 Em C D Em
Heard my voice in the songs of a Storyman,
   D Em D Em
Always by my side, always by my side,

   Em C D Em
I saw him first in a castle by candlelight,
 Em C D Em
Turning round with a golden key,
   Em C D Em
I heard a train far away, and a whistle blow,
 D Em D Em
Like a baby's cry, 'twas like a baby's cry,

 Em C D Em
Ravens stood on the walls of Jerusalem,
 Em C D Em
Sailors danced at the borderline,
 Em C D Em
Light a fire on the road to the ferryman,
  D Em D Em
Emotions running high, in the summertime,

 C G
Take me back to the places I've never been,
 C G C

Only in my mind, only in my mind,

 Em C D Em
Late last night I met up with a lady-love,

Dressed in red, didn't say goodbye,
 Em C D Em
Carry me to the last time I showed her what
 D Em D Em
Tender hands can do, and I'll be missing you,

Take me back to the places I've never been,
 C G C
Take me back to another time,

The spirit of one world,

12. My Father's Eyes (ft. Hani Hussein) 4:34
Tabbed by: NBA96

Hani Hussein sings in this version of My Father's Eyes a verse in egyptian.
I'm not egyptian and I can't read it either so I've found these egyptian lyrics of this song.
I hope the chords are on the right words and if anyone can understand this and has some corrections
please comment them.
If you can't read them either just play this verse like any other verse.
And if you will try to read them dont forget to read them from right to left and play the chords in
the same way ;)

                                                   Am C G Am C G
I have seen it, I have seen it in my father's eyes,
        Am
I have seen it, I have seen it in my father's eyes,
        Am
I have heard it, I have heard it in my father's voice,
             Dm
It's been a hard life, a hard fight,
    Dm Am

            G F G Am
But silver would not betray what's written in the sand,
       G Am
And a wall will not keep his people from the Promised Land,

            C F G
And I will never believe that the same thing could happen to me,
            C F G
And I will never believe I'll give up on the dreams that I see
                 Am
In my father's eyes, my father's eyes,

                      Am

            C F G
And I will never believe I'd give up on the dreams that I see,
                 Am

            C F G

            C F G
And I will never believe I'd give up on the dreams that I've seen,
                 Am
In my father's eyes,

  Am C G F G
Whooooooooooooo,
  Am C G F
Whoooooooooo,
       G Am
In my father's eyes, my father's eyes,
        Am
I have seen it, I have seen it in my father's eyes.
