Alright guys I was listening to this song a while back 
and was jacking around and came up with something I thought sounded
pretty dang close to the original. its probably not 100% but its close.

ok this first part nobody has tabbed for some reason.. it may be a bass line
but I'm pretty sure there is a guitar doing pretty much the same thing right behind the
bass.

play that about 10 or 12 times

and then guitar 2 comes in playing this.
Just strum it once every 5 or 6 seconds.
the chord is Em and you hit it 4 times.

on the 4th Em you come in with an intro breaker
Hit chord below 4 times pretty quick.

after that you go right into this thing 
play the chord on the 5th fret in a funk rhythm (throw a palm mute in here and there)
and then real quick go up and hit the chord on the 7th
twice real quick and go back to the funk thing
also not sure bout the palm mute thing just be really
free and loose with it.(still guitar 1)

btw not sure exactly how many times you do the funk thing on the 5th
before you go up and hit the the thing on the 7th
