The chorus rhythm may be a bit difficult to get exactly
right, but if you just play around with it while listening

The rhythm for the jam is like the chorus, just slowed
down a bit, and less strums for each chord. Again, listening
to a CD or wathcing a video will help get the rhythm down.
Thats the whole song there. Not too hard. You can improvise
over the jam if you like. I usually use a penatonic scale over
it, and just try to stay with the rhythm of it.
